Batla House poster: John Abraham is ready to narrate the story of the most controversial encounter

In the past few years, we have seen John Abraham making some impressive film choices like Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, Satyameva Jayate and RAW (Romeo Akbar Walter). A few days back, the actor shared an intriguing promo of his upcoming flick Batla House, where he questioned that whatever happened in 2008 at Batla House was real and right? And now, he posted a new poster of the film, where is getting ready for the encounter at Batla House along with his colleagues. He captioned the poster, which reads, "One man made a decision, the nation made its accusations. Thus began a trial like no other. Now watch the truth of #BatlaHouse. "

Talking about the film, it narrates the story of one of the most-talked-about police operations in recent times, i.e, the encounter at L-Batla House.

John Abraham essays the character of ACP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav in the film. Batla House is shot across Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai and Nepal and is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Nikkhil Advani and John Abraham. The film marks the second collaboration between John and Nikkhil Advani after Salaam-E-Ishq and is set to hit the screens on August 15 during the Independence Day weekend. It will clash with Akshay Kumar's Mission Mangal and Prabhas' Saaho at the box office. So, do you think Batla House will dominate the other two releases at the ticket windows?
