Much to the joy of fans, Jr NTR shared a picture of RRR director SS Rajamouli from the sets of the film and called him 'The Man before The Storm'. Rajamouli is seen holding a piece of wood and waiting to go about his business on the sets. And looking at this picture, fans have started predicting how big the picture would be and what kind of storm the box office would witness. As fans waited for an update about the film, there hasn't been news about it including the shooting updates and this made a certain section disappointed. Fans are getting so restless that few of them making their own designs as first look of lead actors from the film. Recently, a fan made design of Jr NTR went viral on social which even drew the attention of the makers. RRR features Ram Charan and Jr NTR in lead roles and will have the actors playing strong characters. This period drama also stars Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt as one of the leading ladies and will be paired opposite in the plot. Ajay Devgn too would be seen playing a crucial role while Tamil actor-filmmaker Samuthirakani has been signed for a key role in RRR. Slated to be released on July 30, 2020, RRR will have a multi-lingual release and will be one of the biggest films of the year.

Set in late 1800s and early 1900s, RRR will have Jr NTR playing a rebellious character called Komaram Bheem who fought the Nizam rulers for the rights of the Adivasis living in the forests of Telangana. Ram Charan will be seen playing Alluri Sitaramaraju who fought the Britishers in the pre-Independence era.
