She has an extremely refreshing energy, is intelligent, knowledgeable, and funny," Deepika was quoted as saying by Mumbai Mirror. Talking about what she likes about Romi Dev, Deepika says it's her persona that she loves the most. "I like her candour. Romi ji is someone who is extremely honest and when she needs to express herself, she does it with a lot of dignity. I like the way she conducts herself with so much grace," Deepika adds.

83 will be the first film for Deepika and Ranveer post their wedding and interestingly, they'll be seen playing an on-screen couple in the film. Speaking how their personal equation would have an impact on their chemistry in the film, Deepika throws light on things would be different in front of the camera. "As actors, you don't think about personal equations while doing a film. You are fully focussed on the moment and the character. You cease to exist as the person you are and only live the character you are playing. Our personal equation won't have any role to play in this film," adds the Bajirao Mastani star.

83 is directed by Kabir Khan and is based on the first Cricket World Cup triumphant team which included the likes of Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Kris Srikanth and others. Ranveer Singh will be seen playing Kapil Dev in 83 and most part of the film has already been shot. The makers gave a glimpse of how Ranveer would look in the film as a treat to his fans on the star's birthday. Ranveer looks like a carbon copy of a younger Kapil Dev in the poster and it is hard to differentiate. Check it out right here:
