Marvel for Disney+ : She Hulk, Moon Knight and Ms Marvel announced by MCU at #D23Expo

After it was announced that Sony and MCU would part ways which resulted in Spider Man moving away from the superhero series, fans of the franchise were upset and disappointed with it. Social media was abuzz with messages expressing disappointment around it and few were very emotional. And probable this hit MCU a bit and they decided to make some damage-control. At the D 23 Expo, Marvel announced three new series for Disney+ which will get launched in November this year. The first of these three is Ms Marvel which will have a female superhero in lead and will be similar to the recent ones. The second one announced by Marvel is Moon Knight and the title, by itself, explains what you can expect from it. The third one is She Hulk and will be based on the character The Hulk which is one of the most loved in Avengers franchise. All of these three would be animated series and will be launched one after the other in November on Disney+ which is an OTT platform from the animation giant.

Earlier, Marvel Studios had announced that it will no longer be involved with the production of Spider-Man movies. Due to the ongoing disputes between Sony and Marvel's parent company Disney over the sharing of revenue from the movies starring the superhero, Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios has pulled himself out of producing future movies starring the web-slinging hero.

In an exclusive statement to HollywoodReporter, a Sony spokesperson confirmed the reports stating that they are "disappointed" with Marvel president Kevin Feige no longer acting as the lead producer on the film franchise. "Much of today's news about Spider-Man has mischaracterized recent discussions about Kevin Feige's involvement in the franchise. We are disappointed, but respect Disney's decision not to have him continue as a lead producer of our next live action Spider-Man film," the spokesperson said. The statement further read, "We hope this might change in the future, but understand that the many new responsibilities that Disney has given him including all their newly added Marvel properties do not allow time for him to work on IP they do not own. Kevin is terrific and we are grateful for his help and guidance and appreciate the path he has helped put us on, which we will continue."
