After shattering various records at the box office, Nerkonda Paarvai has gone past another milestone now. This Tamil remake of Pink starring Ajith has earned a gross cumulative collections of Rs 200 crore at the box office which includes the worldwide numbers. This feat means that Ajith is the only Tamil actor do so beating other stars like Rajinikanth, Vijay and Suriya. With this record, Ajith adds another one to his list of long records proving why he is the king at the box office. Nerkonda Paarvai has already broken numerous records at the box office including the fastest film to earn Rs 50 crore at the box office.

Directed by H Vinoth, Nerkonda Paarvai has Ajith reprising the role played by Amitabh Bachchan in the original. Shraddha Srinath is seen playing the role essayed by Taapsee in the original while Abhirami Venkatachalam and Andrea Tariang are seen in crucial roles. Besides the golden run at the box office, Nerkonda Paarvai is also receiving outstanding reviews from audience and critics for being honest and to the point about protecting women in our society.
Nerkonda Paarvai is produced by Boney Kapoor and is his first venture in Tamil cinema. And with the film turning out to be a blockbuster hit, Boney Kapoor and Ajith have joined hands again for the actor's next. This yet untitled project will also be directed by H Vinoth again and will be an action entertainer. The pre-production works of the film have already begun and most of the shooting of the film will take place outside India. Ajith will be seen showing off his bike riding skills in this film which will have heavy action scenes.
