The mega event of the season, Saaho pre-release, was held in Hyderabad yesterday and the venue looked like an ocean with thousands of fans thronging the place. The event saw the complete cast and crew of Saaho attend including lead pair Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor. The energy at the venue was at a different level with some great buzz by fans of Prabhas. And adding more to it, Shraddha Kapoor spoke a bit in Telugu during her speech on stage at Saaho pre-release event. "Andariki Namaskaram (Hello to everyone)," Shraddha started with these words which received a huge roar from fans. "Hyderabad has become my second home and thank you all for the love. I hope you all love Saaho. It was a great experience working the whole team of Saaho. To work your favourite Prabhas, it was absolutely amazing," Shraddha added further. Watch the video here:
Saaho pre-release event also saw Baahubali director SS Rajamouli attend and the filmmaker was all praise for Saaho director Sujeeth and Prabhas. "A hero's fans would want his film to be a hit, but in Prabhas'case, all heroes' fans wish his film to be a hit. That's because Prabhas doesn't speak ill about anyone and always exudes of positivity which helped him gain so many fans. When we were doing Baahubali, Prabhas was always thinking about his next project and kept talking to me. He has a strong foresight. And one day he came very excited to sets and said,'I heard a great story by Sujeeth today'. That's what I loved the most. He believed in the story of Saaho instead of looking to work with a bigger or experienced director," said Rajamouli speaking at the event. Watch his speech here:
Saaho is slated to be released on August 30 worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho stars Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Panday, Evelyn Sharma, Arun Vijay, Mandira Bedi and Lal. Saaho is produced by UV Creations and is made in a mammoth budget of approximately Rs 350 crore.
