Another popular daily soap Yeh Teri Galiyan is gearing up for a leap. In the latest episodes of the Zee TV show, we saw that Asmita takes the blame of killing Shubhankar and proves it by showing a video of her committing the crime. The judge gives Asmita a death penalty and acquits Shantanu aka Shaan. Nandini is released while a masked man abducts Asmita from jail. In the upcoming episodes of Yeh Teri Galiyan, we will see that it was Shaan who rescues Asmita from prison and takes her to a prison.
The story will then move forward by six years. With the leap, new characters shall be introduced on the serial. A major twist is set to take place in Shaan and Asmita's love story as the two shall part ways post leap. Yes, you read that right! Your favourite #ShaMita shall part ways and be no longer together. Why you ask? Blame it on Nandini. Her evil plans shall drive a wedge between Shaan and Asmita and eventually lead to their split.

After Shaan kidnaps Asmita from prison and brings her to a jungle, she asks him to not do this as it would create more problems for both of them. Later, they find out Asmita is pregnant with Shaan's child but she asks him to promise that he will let her surrender. Shaan begs Nandini to help Asmita and agrees after he promises to fulfill her condition. Due to unfavourable circumstances, Shaan and Asmita lose their baby and blame each other for the unfortunate incident. They part ways due to their differences, thanks to Nandini.
