THIS megastar is the box office king, says Baahubali and Saaho actor Prabhas

With Baahubali franchise, Prabhas emerged as the megastar and household name across the globe. Known as the rebel star, he made the character of Amarendra Baahubali and now his fans are expecting Saaho to repeat the box office. While we all know that Saaho will shatter many records at the ticket windows and will again make him a box office winner, Prabhas recently revealed that as per him, the megastar, who is a box office king is none another than Thalaivar Rajinikanth. The actor revealed this in an interview with Behind Woods. Well, these words from Prabhas will definitely cheer up all Rajini fans.

Prabhas is arriving on the silver screen after more than two years for his upcoming multi-lingual quintessential venture Saaho. Despite the record-breaking business of Baahubali, Prabhas took a pay cut for Saaho. Explaining the reason, he told Mumbai Mirror, "Bahubali has set the bar high, but Saaho was a Rs 250 crore film, so I knew I couldn't charge my usual remuneration. I started out with a 20 per cent cut. Then, the film went slightly over and though my friends were ready to pay up, I couldn't take their money knowing they were putting in so much without thinking of what they'd earn."

The actor also revealed that he still feels surreal with the response he got for Baahubali."I am still wondering if it (franchise) really happened, it's surreal. A few months ago, Karthikeya, Rajamouli's son and a friend, called to inform that Skyfall, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Bahubali 1 and 2 will be screened at London's Royal Albert Hall in October in the '10 Years of Films in Concert' series with live orchestra. Excited, I told him I want to be there too, feel a part of the magnum opus again."
