Television's longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been ruling our heart since day 1. 10 years ago this beautiful journey began with Naitik Singhania (Karan Mehra) and Akshara Maheshwari (Hina Khan) as the leads. Fans have poured love for this pair time and again and also made sure that the show always remains on the top. Even after the leap and all the various twists and turns, all the original characters still remain fresh in our mind.
The OG cast of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai kept the fans glued to their screens. Audience still love watching those old episodes of their favourite serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The family drama premiered its first episode on January 12, 2009. Akshara and Naitik's innocent love story grabbed all the attention and this legacy is being carried forward by Mohsin Khan as Kartik Goenka and Shivangi Joshi as Naira. With the current track of the show, fans don't seem to too pleased as they do not wish to see Kartik and Naira being separated. There's too much chaos and things are all messed up in the show. In a way it makes us wish to go back to the good old days of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. So, here's a throwback to those who want to see their Akshara and Naitik's cute romance.
Hina Khan and Karan Mehra totally owned the show with their chemistry and we wish they were still a part of the show.

Akshara's mother and grandmother were the integral part of the show. While Lata Sabarwal (Akshara's mom) is still a part of the show, her badi dadi is not seen in the episodes for a long time now.

Who can forget Naitik's mother Gayatri! The old cast never failed to create magic on-screen.
