On the work front, Alia is currently shooting for Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor. In the coming months, Alia is scheduled to begin work on SS Rajamouli s historic drama, RRR. Alia Bhatt s character of Sita is in love with Ram Charan in RRR, and their scenes will be majorly shot in Pune and Ahmedabad. A source revealed the details of Alia's character in a Mumbai Mirror report and was quoted as saying, She will shoot with Charan in Ahmedabad and Pune in the next couple of months. She will be seen in the look of a young girl from the early 1900s. Her character appears at a crucial point in the story, determining the course of the film." Apart from Alia Bhatt, RRR also features Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on July 30, 2020.
Also, Alia has a massive project lined up with Bollywood heavyweights, Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Alia will romance Salman in the age-difference love story titled Inshallah. The film will release during Eid 2020.
