The pictures from Royal baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor christening, son of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are out and we cannot stop gushing about him. The Duke and Duchess released the official pictures from Archie s christening ceremony on their official social handle. The two-month-old Archie was christened in the Private Chapel at Windsor Castle. It was an intimate service, officiated by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.
From the ceremony, two stills were released a few hours ago. In the first picture we can see the whole Royal family Prince of Wales - Prince Charles, Ms Doria Ragland Meghan s mother, Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale Princess Diana s sisters, The Duke of Cambridge Prince William, The Duchess of Cornwall Camilla, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton posing with little Archie. This happens to be royal baby Archie s first pictures in which the seventh-in-the-line to the throne is wide awake and attentive. Do not miss out on Archie s christening gown either, which happens to be a replica of gown worn by members of the Royal Family since the days of Queen Victoria. The next image is a monochromatic one in which Prince Harry and Meghan are seen lovingly cradling their cute little munchkin as he is sleeping in his mother s arms. Have a look at the post here:
The pictures were released on the official Instagram handle which read, "This morning, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex s son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was christened in the Private Chapel at Windsor Castle at an intimate service officiated by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby."
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are so happy to share the joy of this day with members of the public who have been incredibly supportive since the birth of their son. They thank you for your kindness in welcoming their first born and celebrating this special moment. Their Royal Highnesses feel fortunate to have enjoyed this day with family and the godparents of Archie," the post further read.
Prince Harry and Meghan had announced the latter s pregnancy in October. She gave birth to Archie on May 6th. Meghan took her own sweet time to introduce royal baby Sussex, unlike the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate, who stepped out mere hours after giving birth to her newborn.
