Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao s Judgementall Hai Kya stirred enough curiosity with its quirky trailer and now the makers are set to release the first song. The Wakhra Song is all set to drop online tomorrow, but a sneak-peek of the same was released today on social media. The Wakhra Song is a recreated number from Badshah and Navv Inder's Wakhra Swag, which was released in 2015. The new version has been composed by Tanishk Bagchi. Wakhra Song will be a promotional number for the quirky drama, speaking about the same Kangana told Mumbai Mirror, I m not used to being a part of a promotional video, I don t like to do them, but because Ekta Kapoor (producer) has a certain vision for the marketing, I was up for it. This is not just a disco number but has a theme to it wherein both, Rajkummar (Rao) and I take on each other. There was a story here and it was relevant to the narrative. While Rajkummar Rao added, Kangana and I together in a song is something nobody has seen before and I have to say designer Sheetal Sharma has done a fab job with styling. Bosco Martis has choreographed Kangana and Rajkummar in this party number.
Judgementall Hai Kya is scheduled to hit the screens on July 26. Apart from this film, Kangana recently announced her next, Dhaakad, an action-packed flick. Expressing her excitement for the project Kangana said, After the success of Manikarnika, it has been proved that audience across the globe love larger than life films, with a female hero. Dhaakad is not only a benchmark film for my career but will be a turning point for Indian cinema as well. The film is mounted on a large scale, is one of a kind female led action film and is apt for a Diwali release. If it is received well, there will be no looking back for women in Indian cinema. Dhaakad will be directed by Razneesh Razy Ghai and the team is eyeing Diwali 2020 for release.
