Video of the week: Hrithik Roshan grooving to Ek Pal Ka Jeena got us nostalgic

Every week, celebs popping in and out of the city make news. Their pictures do the rounds on social media and even make for great stories as they most usually reveal some well-kept secret or the other. And do you know what's even more entertaining? The celeb videos - either leaked ones or even the ones shot by paps. Motion pictures are always better than stills right? And so we are back this week with the one particular video that made big news. And it belonged to a superstar, so we aren't even surprised that it did.

In fact, all we felt then and are feeling even now is just thrilled because the video features none other than Kaabil star Hrithik Roshan and his Super 30 co-star Mrunal Thakur. And it's not just a video of him walking around or laughing casually, but the Greek God of Bollywood was actually dancing to the tunes of none other than Ek Pal Ka Jeena from his debut film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai.

It's been 19 whole years since Hrithik's big debut with Ameesha Patel in 2000. Every song of the album rocked the charts that year and became a craze among the youngsters back then. After that, Hrithik did some great movies like Krrish, Dhoom 2, Koi Mil Gaya, Agneepath, Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara and Kaabil but fans still can't get over HR's first ever dance number - Ek Pal Ka Jeena. Such was the fan frenzy of that song, that till date, die hard Hrithik fans know each step in the video by heart and can perform at the drop of the hat.

Don't believe us? The proof is right here in the above video. Hrithik and Mrunal were visiting some NGO kids while promoting their movie Super 30 and of all the HR tracks ever, the one song they picked was Ek Pal Ka Jeena. And we are not surprised because it is such an iconic number and is so representative of Hrithik in all his glory. Further, it was just more heartwarming to watch the superstar shake a leg with the kids and Mrunal who were so thrilled to be dancing with the man himself. He too made us smile when he did not falter at any step and got the routine on spot proving that the track is indeed very close to his heart.
