Bhumi Pednekar is now in Lucknow for the shoot of Pati Patni Aur Woh. The actress has been in the city for a long time now. An hour back, she introduced us to Vedika from the film. We can see her pic, a back profile and she is looking cute. The actress is dressed in a purple lehenga with a yellow strappy blouse. Cute pink flowers have been used to make a wreath on her. She captioned the pic as Meet Vedika, the girl who can make the traffic come to a halt. It is written in Hindi as, "Yeh Ladki Chakkka Jaam Karva De...Vedika." This is Bhumi Pednekar's third comedy after Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Shubh Mangal Savdhaan. The film also stars Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday. The actress has made it clear that she won't say no to good films/scripts for the fear of being stereotyped as the small-town girl.
The actress is also in the news for her alleged link-up with producer- actor Jackky Bhagnani. It seems they are going steady but have kept the relationship under wraps. However, a portal dismissed the news as being baseless and false. It seems Bhumi is now concentrating on her career. Before Pati Patni Aur Woh, she will be seen in Tushar Hiranandani's Saand Ki Aankh where she plays the role of an octagenarian shooter. The film is based on the lives of Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, the rifle shooting champs. Post that, we will see her in Pati Patni Aur Woh that will release on December 6. Bhumi floored the critics with her performance as Indumati in Abhishek Chaubey's Sonchiriya. However, the film was a washout at the box-office, which meant that her performance did not get noticed as much as it deserved by the general public. But with solid films in her kitty, we are sure that Bhumi Pednekar will come out trumps in the coming months!
