Coolie No.1 remake: Varun Dhawan is a Louis Vuitton carrying porter as makers announce that the first look will be out tomorrow

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are now in Bangkok for the shoot of Coolie No.1. Today, the makers said the first look will be out tomorrow. They made the announcement through a teaser where we can see a coolie carrying Louis Vuitton bags. Yes! Sara Ali Khan's voice echoes in the background as she yells, Aye Coolie. The mahurat shot of the film was given by David Dhawan's wife Lalli Dhawan. Celebs have already shown love for the video. Bhumi Pednekar said she loved it while Dino Morea wondered what was a coolie and Louis Vuitton doing together. The original film starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor and is one of the most loved comic capers of the 90's. Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan's jodi is being looked forward by fans!

Yesterday, we saw a pic of Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan from the sets of the film. While Sara wore a pink and white polka dotted apron, Varun Dhawan was in a hot pink silken shirt. It seems he won't be seen in a coolie's uniform in the film.

David Dhawan told IANS, "After re-watching the original, I started working on the script. For six months, I wondered if I should make it or not. Finally, I decided to adapt it. It's actually a new film. I've worked on it for almost a year with the original writer Rumi Jaffery on the screenplay and Farhad Samji on the dialogue." All the best to the team!
