South actress Nithya Menen just made her debut in Bollywood with Mission Mangal which also stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari and Taapsee Pannu. The film released on Independence Day and has been going great guns at the box office. And Nithya can now officially say that she makes a smashing entry into Bollywood. Besides being a performer in front of the camera, Nithya is also a perfect photographer's muse. We dived into her Instagram and found few pictures which prove she is a terrific poser too. Nithya was last seen in multi-lingual film Praana which was directed by VK Prakash. The film had Nithya as a solo lead and is first of it's kind film in South cinema. The film released in all four South languages and received critical acclaim. The actress received huge appreciation for her acting performance in Praana.
Nithya will next be seen in The Iron Lady which is a biopic on late actress-politician Jayalalithaa. The film was announced few months ago but there hasn't been any update on it since then. Menen will also be seen in Malayalam film Kolambi which is written and directed by TK Rajeev Kumar.
In Telugu films, Nithya Menen was last seen in NTR biopic and was seen playing yesteryear superstar Savitri in it. Nithya also played a brief role in Vijay Deverakonda's Geetha Govindam which was a super hit.
