In the last episode it has been shown that Prachi and Rhea get into a fight post which they are being summoned to the Principal's office. Both of them are asked to call their parents to meet the Principal. Later on, Pragya gets to meet Vikram and apologizes to him for her behaviour at the saree store. Pragya also says that she mistook him to be Rhea's father i.e. Mr. Mehra because of which she scolded him. This makes Vikram laugh who says that she should give an earful to the real Mr. Mehra instead. He then shows Mr. Mehra's picture on his phone to Pragya who then gets the shock of her life after having a look at it.

In tonight's of Kumkum Bhagya, it has been shown that Vikram is pleased with Pragya's behaviour and soon the latter becomes a topic of discussion for everyone at the Mehra house. All the family members then urge Abhi to meet Prachi's mother. Everyone including Vikram force him to meet Prachi's mother and know her well. Finally, Abhi abides by everyone's requests and decides to meet Prachi's mother, not knowing that she is none other than Pragya herself.
