Vaani Kapoor celebrates her 31st birthday today. Last seen in Befikre with Ranveer Singh, Vaani left everyone mesmerised with her flawless curves in the War teaser. The actress returns to the big screen after a gap of four years but she is definitely back with a bang. Goes without saying, the Kapoor girl set the screen on fire when she made an amazing entry in the teaser, flaunting her oh-so-perfect bikini body. Needless to say, Vaani Kapoor had to work extremely hard to achieve this feat. In a DNA interview, the actress revealed how she managed to get the flawless bikini body and you need to read what Vaani had to say.
Take cues from Vaani Kapoor because her journey to get those perfect curves is inspiring. Opening up about the same, the War actress said, "I worked a lot on myself to get the fitness needed for the film going through the grind of yoga, Pilates, weight training and a number of hours spent in the gym. I was very excited about this project and Sid (Siddharth Anand, director) was very clear about how he wanted me to look for the part. The toughest was dieting and making sure there were no cheat meals, but it was all worth it!"
Vaani put in a lot of efforts and her hard work actually paid off! The actress has been at the receiving end of compliments ever since the War teaser ft. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff surfaced online. In conversation with the same daily, director Siddharth Anand also showered praises on Vaani and said, "We wanted to cast a stunning, super-fit girl as she was being paired opposite the most good-looking hero of our country, Hrithik. Vaani fit the bill completely because she is an amazing actress and put in a lot of effort to look the way she has looked in the film."
Produced by Aditya Chopra, War follows the story of a man who and his guru and how they have a face-off when they get pitted against each other. The film's teaser released on July 15 while the movie hits the silver screens on October 2. Apart from Vaani, Hrithik and Tiger, Ashutosh Rana, Anupriya Goenka and Dipannita Sharma feature in War.
