Vicky Kaushal to have a happily-ever-after with a girl in a movie soon! - read exclusive interview

This year has turned out to be a game-changer in Vicky Kaushal's career. With Uri: The Surgical Strike, Vicky got the much-needed headstart in Bollywood. And since then, there was no looking back for this talented star. He bagged some big projects including Takht with Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. Cut to the second half of 2019, Vicky Kaushal featured in his first-ever music video with Nora Fatehi- Pachtaoge. The song was released last week and it has crossed over 84 million views on Youtube. Isn't that amazing? Nora and Vicky's chemistry was just magical and we are honestly rooting for their reunion on the big screen.

Meanwhile, after the success party of Pachtaoge, BollywoodLife exclusively chatted up with Vicky Kaushal and he revealed why he chose to do this song for his first music video. "The song (Pachtaoge) itself was convincing enough for me to do it. And of course, then, there were Arijit Singh, B Praak and Jaani who came together and created the song. The response to Pachtaoge is fabulous," said Vicky.

On being asked about his experience of working with Nora Fatehi, Vicky added, "There was no ice as such to break with her. It was amazing to work with Nora." Like many of his movies- Masaan, Raazi, Sanju and Manmarziyaan, Vicky Kaushal didn't have a happy ending with the love of his life again in Pachtaoge.

Reacting to the same, Vicky said, "I was tired of the girls leaving me in my previous projects, so this time, I myself decided to commit suicide at the end (chuckles)." When we asked him about having a happily-ever-after in any film, the actor quipped, "But yes, you will soon see me have a happy ending with a girl in a movie." And well, we cannot wait to watch this yet to be announced film already. Just kidding!

Before parting ways, Vicky Kaushal also revealed how he handles the massive female fan following that he has. "I just say 'Thank you' and have this big smile on my face. I don't know how to deal with it," he signs off.
