On last Friday the makers of Batla House dropped the teaser of their first song. The song is the recreated version of the song Saki Saki from the 2004's movie Musafir. The recreated version features Dilbar girl Nora Fatehi. The recreated version is created by Tanishk Bagchi while Tulsi Kumar and Neha Kakar have given their vocals. The original was picturized on Koena Mitra. And it seems the actress is quite upset with the recreated version. While talking about the song, the actress called the new version a 'mess'. The actress took down to Twitter to share her opinions and views.
Her tweet read, "My song from Musafir #Saaki Saaki" has been recreated." She further added, "Sunidhi, Suhwinder, Vishal, Shekhar combination was outstanding. Didn't like the new version, it's a mess! This song had crashed many blockbusters! Why batlahouse, why?," The actress also made sure that she doesn't upset Nora on whom the song is picturized. In a post script she added, "Nora is a stunner. Hope she saves our pride."
Here check out her tweet:
If you don't remember Koena's version of Saki Saki then here check it out...
And if you haven't checked out Nora Fatehi's version, here take a look:
From the teaser, we can easily make out that Neha is back with yet another banging item-number. The song releases on July 15.
Coming back to the movie Batla House, the trailer of the film was dropped on the internet a few days ago and the action-thriller promises to keep you on the edge of your seat all the time. The film is based on an incident that took place in 2008 inside Batla House where a team of police officers was involved in an encounter which had students as victims. The officers were initially reprimanded for their act but later it was proved that the young men had connections with terrorist groups.
