Remixes are a trick of the trade in Bollywood now. If not many, at least one song in almost every album is a recreation of an old chartbuster. The newest addition to the list of remixes is O Saki Saki from the film Musafir that has been recreated for Balta House. The original has Koena Mitra heat up the floor with some killer dance moves and the new one has the sultry Nora Fatehi shake a leg to the remixed beats.
The filmmakers released a teaser of the song with Nora and Koena seems to not like the new rendition. The actress tweeted after the teaser was dropped, saying, "My song from Musafir #Saaki Saaki" has been recreated. Sunidhi, Suhwinder, Vishal, Shekhar combination was outstanding. Didn't like the new version, it's a mess! This song had crashed many blockbusters! Why batlahouse, why?. Nora is a stunner. Hope she saves our pride.”
While we sure do love the original with Koena, it’s a little too early to judge the song with a thirty second teaser, don’t you think?
