Yesterday's episode of Kundali Bhagya was full of emotional drama as the entire Luthra family blame Preeta for Mahesh's accident as Sherlyn instigates them all. Even Rishabh and Rakhee also accuse Preeta for Mahesh's condition. They ask Preeta to leave from there. Sherlyn and Prithvi are happy about it. But Preeta gets very hurtful. a nurse informs Luthras that Mahesh needs blood as his condition is critical. Preeta listens to it but initially leaves from there. Prithvi comes to Preeta in the hospital and pretends to console her.

In tonight's episode we will see that Preeta (Shraddha Arya) donates blood to Mahesh but asks the nurse not to reveal her identity to Luthras. Karan enters the room but Preeta hides herself. Karan feels gratitude towards the person who donated blood to his father as he is not aware that it is Preeta. Will Karan find out that Preeta is innocent? Stay tuned to find out!
