The gorgeous diva of B-Town, Shilpa Shetty is one of the actresses, who has proved that age is just a number. The 44-year-old star always gives us fitness goal through her social media account but we can't deny the fact that her fans miss her terribly on the silver screen. But we have a piece of news, which will definitely cheer all her admirer and fans. Shilpa Shetty, who was last seen in 2007's Apne featuring Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Dharmendra and Katrina Kaif is all set to make a comeback after 12 long years in an untitled comedy film, which also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Yami Gautam in key roles. Shilpa will portray the character of a writer in this untitled venture.
The film will be produced by Ramesh Taurani under his banner Tips and will mark the directorial debut of Aziz Mirza's som Haroun. It is written by Vibha Singh and Arshad Sayed and will go on floors in August. A source close to the film told Mumbai Mirror, "Shilpa plays a writer in the film. After a monthlong holiday in London and Greece, she returns to Mumbai in the first week of August and will immediately start shooting for the film. She is really excited."
Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh will be next seen in Arjun Patiala and Akshay Kumar starrer Good News. The later venture also stars Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in key roles. It is directed by Raj Mehta and is produced under the banner of Dharma Productions. It is scheduled to hit the screens on December 27.
On the other hand, Yami Gautam is currently shooting for Bala along with Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar. While Bhumi plays a dusky small-town girl, Yami will be seen as a supermodel from Lucknow in the quirky comedy. Bala, which will have actor Ayushmann Khurrana playing the role of a prematurely balding man, was slated to be released on November 22.
