Marvel fans were in a state of shock when it was announced that Disney will no longer continue their partnership resulting in Spiderman no longer being a part of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). However, rumour has hit that the two are currently trying to chalk out a plan and with Disney open to suggestions, a new deal for the SpiderVerse might be underway real soon.
Rumours suggest that a 6 picture deal with Tom Holland might be underway, with an option for an additional 7th one as well. The new series will focus on Peter Parker’s college years when the character actually meets Firestar and Ice Man. The deal also includes two films from the new Avengers series in which Spiderman will play big part.
Reports suggest that a part of the deal includes Venom relocating to MCU, and sony will get permission for TV live-action programs based on SpiderVerse properties. Here’s hoping that the two producing giants come to a conclusion that will bring back our friendly neighbourhood hero again.
