After celebrating his birthday on September 4th in the foreign land, Rishi Kapoor is all set to return to his roots, his country, India. Yes, you heard it. Finally, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh will be in India. Rishi had been stationed in New York City for a year and above. There he was being treated for cancer. Over the course of his stay in New York city, we Rishi lost a lot of weight. But he along with his wife's support gave a tough fight and beat cancer. Now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror Rishi and Neetu Kapoor are all set to return to their homeland soon.
A few days ago, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Signhw ere spotted at the airport and people jumped to the conclusion that their favourite actor is returning to India. Rishi's brother Randhir Kapoor denied these stories and said, "Rishi is still in New York. He's coming next week." Now as per a report in Mumbai Mirror and industry insider told them that Rishi and Neetu will land in Mumbai on September 10.
For those not in the known, as soon as Rishi Kapoor and his family came to know about cancer being detected, they flew to New York for the treatment of the same. At that time, Rishi had a couple of films lined up. Despite undergoing the treatment, Rishi dubbed for Jhootha Kahin Ka in New York, a comic caper which featured Jimmy Shergill, Sunny Singh and Omkar Kapoor in key roles. Now, Rishi has another filmed lined up for dubbing which is The Body. Rishi wanted to dub for it while in NYC but the makers of the film asked him to come back to Mumbai to do it.
A well-placed industry source informed Mumbai Mirror, "Right now, everyone is waiting for Rishiji to return and get used to the time zone and his routine here.
