In a shocking development, a dead body was found in an agricultural land which is owned by actor Nagarjuna Akkineni. Located in Papireddyguda village, the land was being cultivated by some farmers who are said to have noticed a foul smell from a nearby shed while farming. The locals alerted police officials who have now begun the investigation. Police personnel have collected all the samples from the location and will soon file the FIR. Reportedly, Amala Akkineni, Nagarjuna's wife, recently visited the land for a casual inspection who is said to have not noticed any unusual activity. According to police officials, the body is said to have been decomposed and might have been dead for more than 6 months. The actor and his family are yet to make any comment on this development.
On work front, Nagarjuna is currently hosting the third season of Bigg Boss Telugu and has managed to impress audience with his hosting. Having donned the hat of hosting a show with Meelo Eavru Koteswarudu, Nagarjuna is making sure that his stint with Bigg Boss Telugu is memorable for audience.
In films, Akkineni Nagarjuna was last seen in Manmadhudu 2 which was an average affair at the box office. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, the film was a romantic tale and was an adaptation of a French film. Besides Nagarjuna, Manmadhudu 2 also starred Rakul Preet as the leading lady while Akshara Gowda, Samantha Akkineni and Keerthy Suresh played brief roles.
Nagarjuna will also be seen in Bollywood film Brahmastra which is directed by Ayan Mukerji. Said to be a trilogy, the film also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Mounri Roy. Nagarjuna has wrapped up one schedule of Brahmastra and is yet to begin further schedules.
