The trailer of the film showcases Abhay training a bunch of kids. Emily Shah, associated with films like Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Jersey Boys and Fast & Furious 7, will play the leading lady, as she portrays a physiotherapist of the sports team.
Talking about Jungle Cry, Abhay Deol to Times of India, "What makes the win even more impressive is that these kids were football players who had just four months to learn rugby and still managed to lift the World Cup in the UK. This is an underdog story of success and that s what made it attractive to me."
