Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has shown us many twists and turns. We are now seeing the journey of Naira (Shivangi Joshi) as a single mother. Child actor Shaurya Shah was playing the role of her son, Kairav on the show. Now, he is quitting the show due to health issues. Fans showered a lot of appreciation on him for his cuteness and good acting. He wrote, "GOOD-BYE I am grateful to the entire team of YRKKH for all the love, support and care. I extend a big thank you to all my fans for loving me as Kairav you all will be missed until me meet again. Last but not the least thank you Jai sir for believing in me. Naira didi u will always be my favourite and will be missed forever. Miss u all."
We have seen how Kairav met his dad, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and how they bonded like father and son. Now, the makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have started a hunt for a young child actor who is as cute as Shaurya and can replace Kairav.
On the show, Naira and Kartik have met and spoken about how they cannot get back. Naira is in an emotional dilemma as she wants Kairav to get Kartik's love but she cannot forgive him. She is managing as a single mom and does not want any other man in her life. Daadi (Swati Chitnis) wants him to marry Vedika (Pankhuri Awasthy).
