The makers of Varun Tej's Valmiki have released a song from the album of the film titled Jarra Jarra. The track is a massy number and describes the menacing character of Varun Tej in Valmiki. Composed by Mickey J Meyer, Jarra Jarra is a trippy number sung by Anurag Kulkarni and Uma Neha. The lyrics of the song describe the characteristics of Varun's character in Valmiki which is that of a menacing gangster. Penned by Bhaskarabatla, the lyrics have a tinge of Telangana accent hinting that the character is based out of this region. The funky lyrics and the catchy tune make it a hit and you will hum it again and again after listening to it. Dimple Hayati, a debutante artist in Tollywood, shakes a leg alongside Varun Tej in this song and sizzles in it.
Valmiki is the Telugu remake of Tamil hit Jigarthanda which starred Siddharth and Bobby Simha in lead roles directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Valmiki is directed by Harish Shankar and stars Varun Tej, Atharvaa and Mrunalini Ravi in lead roles.
