Deepika Padukone gives us a glimpse of Ranveer Singh's birthday cake and it looks straight out of his wardrobe!

And the birthday spirit is still intact at the Bhavnani's and how! If you haven't seen it yet, we are talking about Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone who are currently in London for the shooting of their upcoming film '83. Recently, the Padmaavat actor turned 84 and it was a busy day on social media. From friends to fans, people thronged to wish the actor on his special day. Even wifey Deepika Padukone put out an adorable throwback picture of a gola-licking Ranveer Singh and wished her 'infant' a happy birthday. But seems like the party is far from over. While Ranveer Singh shared a candid picture of Deepika getting 'high on cake' earlier, Deepika Padukone has now a picture of the cake and let's just say we don't want to be friends with anyone who doesn't want to be high on it. Deepika took to Instagram and posted a picture a delish-looking rainbow cake topped with colourful sprinkles and death hi hogayi hai. She captioned it as, "Sometimes, you can have your cake & eat it too!!!??? #BirthdayBoysBirthdayCake" And we can't blame her. See for yourself.

Needless to say, it is only befitting that Ranveer's bday cake is so colourful because of obvious reasons. Not just that, fans were also quick to notice that the duo tipped their hat to the cause of pride. And we wholeheartedly, second that.

Meanwhile, Ranveer and Deepika will share screen space in the Kabir Khan directorial '83. Ranveer will step into the shoes of Kapil Dev who is fondly remembered as the Haryana Hurricane. Deepika will portray Kapil Dev s wife Romi Bhatia Dev in the film. DeePee is the most recent addition to the film which is scheduled to release in theatres on 10th April 2020. 83 is a biopic based on the life of former Indian skipper Kapil Dev and also narrates the story of India s historic win at the coveted World Cup in 1983.

Deepika, on the other hand, recently wrapped up her next, Chhapaak. The Meghna Gulzar directorial is a biopic on acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. In the film, Deepika will be seen romancing Vikrant Massey. Chhapaak will release in January next year and is set to clash with Ajay Devgn's Tanaji: The Unsung Warrior.
